At Sole-Exchange we take your privacy very seriously; we will not sell or give away your personal details to any organisation outside sole-exchange.co.uk without your permission. If you have purchased items from us we may occasionally send you details of special offers by email or post. We are the "Data Controller" because we have control over and responsibility of your personal information. If our business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisors and any prospective purchasers and their advisors and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.

-What information is kept?-
When you order shoes from us, we need all relevant information to ensure that we can supply you with the goods and paypal will need credit/debit card details or registered user details to complete the payment. We may also use this information for maintaining records, responding to queries raised by customers, carrying out research and statistical analysis. Relevant information is shared with the courier companies for the purpose of delivering your order. We may disclose information to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies or if ordered by the Court.

Credit/debit card details are not stored on this website.
